In a hurry!? Need a delightful dessert quickly? Whip up these little individual cups in minutes and don’t worry they are sure to please!


Tested Tip: A mint leaf is a nice touch with peaches or some yummy local rhubarb jam.

Top Tip: Use fancy little teacups for Tea Parties or just to impress!

Ingredients

  • Nine small Mason Jars

  • One Cup Graham wafer crumbs

  • 1/4 Cup of butter

  • 1/4 Cup of brown sugar

  • 1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon or cinnamon sugar

  • One cup of whipping cream 35%

  • 1/2 Cup sugar

  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

  • Choose your favorite fresh berries, apples etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 cup of Graham wafer crumbs with the butter. Blend well. Add brown sugar, blend well. Add cinnamon or cinnamon sugar and mix. Spoon equal amounts of gram mixture in each of the jars. Set aside.


Step 2 

Whip cream with an electric mixer on medium for two minutes. Add softened cream cheese to the whipping cream and whip with an electric mixer for an additional 2 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla and continue mixing with an electric mixer on medium until well mixed. Spoon on top up the graham wafer crumbs in the mason jars. 


Step 3

Top each of the Mason jars with one of the fruits listed above or your favorite fruit or jam. Do not use citrus fruits, the whipped filling will crumble.
